This CD reflects my life growing up in my Aboriginal Community in remote Australia as young girl and how I begun to break through the bad cycles.

From Child abuse, low quality of life, voilence against my mothers and sisters, and the break down of the core family unit this lead me to attempted suicide at age 16.

The lose of cultural identity and the lack of opportunity on the ground that drove me to alcohol/drug abuse.

The control nature of the Australian Government white policy and the brainwashing of the Catholic church that dictated our lives to as recent as the year 2007. Had inspired me to go on a spiritual earth quest to find out the truth to what was my human rights...

JWM challenges human injustice and gives a positive light to the growth of self empowerment.

And the beginning of healing the deep wounds of trans-generational trauma and grief inherited to me.

Plus the yearning to know my history, who I am and where I came from.

Opening is a CD of self discovery and the opening of unhealed wounds that laid locked in my body, mind and spirit.

I was brought into the very dark part of my being and I had to bring light down there to bring myself into the world.

I was learning more about myself through my mother's and sister's stories. I begun to understand who I really was...

I forgive my father through this CD for not being the protector that myself, mother and sisters need to keep us safe from men predators in our families.

I realise that everyone in the family and community knew what was happen to us children. And that sexual abuse, DV, low quality and oppression had happen to our parents and their parents as children.

Opening helped me to grow strong as woman to stop living in denial and learn to speak my truth.
And oneday find the will and courage to return home and clean up my backyard.

To find true love within myself and those who were true to love me the same way..

Return to country is a CD of courage, leadership of the women's movement to stand for truth, justice and the accountability to clean our own backyards.

To create positive pathway for our children and putting an end to tragic cycles that will not continue with our children's children.

A celebration to renew a peaceful state of mind , body and spirit.

And the realisation that we are all equal, we are one people in the world and we must now come together to heal our past.

To forgive and show mercy on those who have conflicted pain, grief, violence and trauma in our life.

Together we walk forward as one into the future.

And that we all return to the mother goddess earth and look after her.
To sing up the country and connect with the spirit of the land.

RTC is about reclaiming yourself and become our own masters of our destiny...

This album helped me to transcend the dark place I live in and I am proud of who Iam. The good, bad and the ugly. I am like a big shining light and I am free to go where ever my heart takes.
